I think you need advance map 1.95 or a .ini for 1.92 to add expanded pokemon locations. I might be wrong though as I've never done it before myself. Btw Theta Emerald Renev is what you want, it's more updated than EX and that's the final version of Theta Emerald. Basically ORAS GBA.
