The wiper connections are: Pin 1 Earth. Pin 2 12 Volts from Fuse F43 in Junction Unit B002. Pin 3 Wiper speed 2 command from BCM (0V for speed 2) Pin 4 Wiper speed 1 command from BCM (0V for speed 1) Pin 5 "Cam" signal from wiper back to BCM, for self parking function. I suggest you carefully check the wiring from the Wiper Motor to the BCM
Low and behold on the dash light diagram only there is a fuse for dash lights only but it does also provide a second supply to Relay H009 box. Fuse was blown. Replaced it and now all head lamps are working including rear fog. Re fitted original Relay Box and all is still working. This fuse does not appear on dip head lamp wiring diagram. The fix is to remove the wiper arms and cycle the flick ( any speed will do) and let the motor come back to it's natural park position. The problem is that the linkage has become shifted relative to the motor. Take out the linkage and motor assembly. Disconnect the two link arms at the back of the motor box.
3. Oct 22, 2012. #1. Hi, Ive got a 59reg fiat grande punto 1.4 8v. Tonight I was driving along and the front windscreen wiper just stopped working. (however rear windscreen wiper and front and rear washers still work.) When you turn them on your hear a faint click noise but that is it.
I have a 2003 Fiat based A class Burnster motorhome.The wipers work perfectly except they won't stop working.I haven't got a clue whether it is the switch or a relay or what.Can anybody give me a clue.
